Interview Skills Coach

My name is Kevin O’Reilly and I am the “Interview Skills Coach”.  I have forged a career for over 21 years in managing and leading high performing successful teams and individuals across the UK and Ireland.  As part of this role I had the pleasure of recruiting new employees which has given me an extensive insight into Interviews and Recruitment functions.

 

I have facilitated over 5,000+ interviews from part-time roles through to senior manager roles and everything in between. I am passionate, skilled, experienced and highly motivated, in helping you develop the tools to make your life and career easier and more fulfilling.

 

My experience provides you with an advantage over other candidates as I know what the interviewers are looking for in a candidate.  With this inside knowledge I can coach, mentor, and develop you in the art of not just passing the interview, but improving your confidence in yourself to go after what you want.

 

With this in mind, imagine having been given all the questions to a test beforehand.  

Now imagine having had the time to practise and prepare your answer to those questions.
