Regardless of how good or not so good your interview was the majority of organisations will not offer feedback of any quality that will help you going forward, even if you get the post you applied for. The reason for this is due to the fear of legal action or push back from the interviewee. However for those clients like you who want to improve their chances or evaluate their performance "Post Interview Analysis and Feedback", will be one of the most important sessions you can invest in. How does it work -Clients will record their interview via their phones voice notes/memo function -Clients will forward/upload the recording to their coach (via WhatsApp/email/Dropbox) -Your coach will analysis and create a report (without the client present) -Your coach will arrange a follow-up session to discuss* -Feedback and next steps will be discussed Session length -55 minute client facing -95 minute non-client facing Total time 2 hours 30 minutes What I will receive -55 minutes of feedback, direction and support -A copy of the coaches report of the analysis -An improvement plan Do I really need this?
