This programme highlights the 4 key pillars to probationary period success: -Interpersonal Skills -Company Goals -Personal Goals -Building a Network These 4 pillars will be the building blocks to ensure your foundation is in place in your new role. You will work closely with your coach to discuss your needs, complete a review, put a plan in place, and focus on the areas requiring attention. This will ensure you are successfully demonstrating the behaviours and completing the activities to excel through your probation. Because "On the other side of a successful interview is the life you deserve! But, you must work hard to keep it." (Cost is based on online meeting.
